To compete in & finish the Leadville 50 and 24hours of Moab. What I Bring to the Team: I am a good all around cyclist, but I would have to say that my greatest strength is sprinting. Even in running I have always had speed for a distance runner, finishing all my races with a sprint and out kicking the competition. I have a lot to bring to the table for the team and I will be giving it all I have I have. I am very dedicated, ambitious and never give less than my best. Career Highlights: Completed 8 half-marathons with a 1:30 PR; 1 marathon with a 3:19 PR; Many 5k’s with a 17:00 PR. Past Experience: For the last seven years my main focus as been on running. I ran track though out high school competing in: 400meters, 800meters, 1600 meters, and 3200meters. I continued running after high school in local events like 5k runs to half marathons. In 2005 Nike (NikeTown Denver) was starting a local team to compete and be ambassadors for NikeTown. The team volunteered at races and within the community teaching children the importance of being active and eating healthy. I ran for Nike for three years.
